Invitation
The Turkish Chess Federation has the honor to invite all delegates of the FIDE Permanent Commission for Chess Composition (PCCC), European national teams and individual solvers, chess composers and all those interested in problem chess, to attend the European Festival of Chess Composition, including the 4th European Chess Solving Championship (ECSC) and accompanying events from 28th of March (arrival) to 3rd of April (departure) at Limra Hotel, Kemer, Antalya, Turkey.
The festival program will include the following events:
Solving: the 4th European Chess Solving Championship (4th ECSC), open solving tourney, quick open solving competition, solving show, chess studies solving competition. The 4th ECSC will be held on the 29th and 30th of March 2008; rules
can be found on: http://www.saunalahti.fi/~stniekat/pccc/ecscrule.htm . There is going to be a live broadcast on the Internet of the solving show and its 32 solvers.
Composing: several short time and longer time composing tourneys for chess
problems and studies.
Lectures will be delivered by experts on different topics of chess composition. Other relevant details and updates are going to be published on the English page of the official website http://ecc2008.tsf.org.tr/

 The festival will be held in Limra Hotel (*****) in Kemer, Antalya.

The Limra Hotel is 90 km west of Antalya Airport. Antalya is a tourism city very well known, and has a large number of charter flights from main points of Europe. Another way to come to Antalya is via Istanbul. There are daily 20-30 flights connecting
Istanbul Atatürk Airport to Antalya Airport. On the following web sites you may get more information for domestic flights in Turkey and you may make online registrations. We propose to our guests to book with Turkish Airlines, and arrive via

Prices for Limra Hotel are as follows:
Double room: 58 euros (per person per day, all inclusive).
Single room: 75 euros (per person per day, all inclusive).
The Director of the Festival will be Abdurahman Koral (Turkey), chief arbiter of all solving competitions will be the international grandmaster Milan Velimirovic (Serbia). The Chief Arbiter for Composing Tourneys will be Mr. Andrei Selivanov
(Russia).
